The word document below is a guide to chapter summaries (9,10,11,12) with suggested glossary. It is also available on each chapter page, as well as in my handouts folder.
Apparently most of the students were sponsored for this program last year- I will look into this further and keep you up to date.
Welcome to the Unit 2 Biology Wiki
I wanted to create this space for a couple of reasons
1. To create and alternative to the LMS if you choose
2. To create a space where you can ask me questions about the content in the course--> this way we all benefit from your great questions that you ask me throughout the week.
3. To create discussions between yourselves about the content- particularly the review questions
4. Potentially, we could reduce your workload, by assigning questions and sections of the chapters to different students and share this--> in order for this to work, everyone would need to do their part and everyone would need to respond to, add to and question the author of summaries or question answers.
By clicking on 'edit' in the top right hand corner, you can add your thoughts these proposals-- please do!!!!!! (and leave initials so I know who you are while I read)
(please note- I am able to track who says what so please be polite)
FOR NOW- we will just use this space as an alternative to email (and if it is ok- I may share emailed questions on this wiki) You can ask me questions about chapter 10 and to prepare for the SAC, I will respond and may direct you to links or clips that could help.
